TRIS Corporation Hosts Major Event “TRIS FORUM 2026: THE DAY AFTER QUANTUM” to Prepare Thai Organizations for Quantum Era Risks
TRIS Corporation organized a strategic seminar titled “TRIS FORUM 2026: THE DAY AFTER QUANTUM” to raise awareness among government agencies, listed companies, private sectors, and the general public in preparation for the transformative impact of Quantum Computing on the digital world. The event highlighted systemic risks to economic and social security, featuring national experts who shared insights, decoded opportunities, and built defenses to adapt to the era of Post-Quantum Cybersecurity.
Dr. Ampon Saengmani, Managing Director of TRIS Corporation, stated that Quantum Computing technology is rapidly evolving and has the potential to significantly alter global cybersecurity systems. Its ability to decrypt current encryption systems poses risks known as ‘Harvest Now, Decrypt Later,’ where data collected today could be decrypted in the future. Thus, preparing for Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) is not just a technological issue but also a matter of managing systemic risks that could impact the country’s infrastructure.
Therefore, adapting to the Post-Quantum era presents a crucial opportunity for organizations to enhance their capabilities, build trust in digital services, develop flexible organizational architectures (Crypto-Agility), and support Digital Trust to ensure sustainability in a complex digital world.
Dr. Ampon further emphasized that TRIS Corporation, as an organization specializing in strategic consulting and organizational development, aims to apply knowledge in management, digital technology, and innovation to help Thai organizations adapt effectively to changes. Recognizing this importance, the seminar “TRIS FORUM 2026: THE DAY AFTER QUANTUM” was organized.

The seminar aims to push Thai organizations from awareness to concrete preparation, enhancing their competitiveness sustainably on a global scale. Participants will gain strategic knowledge about Quantum Computing and Post-Quantum Cryptography, understand the impacts on their digital infrastructure, and explore adaptation strategies, readiness assessment tools, and opportunities to exchange experiences with digital and cybersecurity experts from various organizations.

The event was honored by the presence of Air Chief Marshal Amorn Chomcheuy, Secretary-General of the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA), who opened the event and delivered a keynote speech on “Countdown to Y2Q: The Day the World Changes.” He was joined by distinguished experts, including Mr. Wannawit Akhubut, member of the subcommittee for evaluating digital technology development (DEPA), Mr. Nontawat Saraman, honorary president of the CIPAT Association and member of the Digital Economy and Society Council of Thailand, Dr. Nipon Nachin, CISSP, AAIA, CISA, AIGP, CEO of AlphaSec Co., Ltd., Mr. Adisak Pruekpatanarak, Managing Director of DSS Plus Thailand, and Mr. Nachapon Songthit, CEO of Sustainitex Co., Ltd., who shared techniques for adaptation and organizational defense strategies.

The company believes that this seminar will be a key to raising awareness and preparing organizations across all sectors—government, state enterprises, private sector, and the general public—to develop frameworks for addressing systemic risks from quantum technology and transition from awareness to practical preparedness.
